FAQ

Fence questions, answered.

A straightforward overview of what customers ask us most about fence work.

How do I request a fence estimate?

Call us or fill out the estimate request form. We’ll follow up to confirm details, then schedule a walk of your property.
Yes. There’s no charge for the on-site walkthrough or the written estimate.
We book projects based on scope and availability. We’ll give you an honest timeline during the estimate — no vague windows.
Residential, commercial, multi-family, farm and industrial. If you’ve got a property line in Miami-Dade, we can likely fence it.
For the estimate we walk the fence line together whenever possible. For install, we coordinate access, gates and utilities before the crew arrives.
Estimate → property walk → material selection → site prep → post setting → panel install → hardware & gates → cleanup and final walkthrough.
Depth depends on material, fence height, soil and local conditions. In South Florida we account for wind loads and sandy soils.
Occasional cleaning, checking hinges and hardware once a year, and clearing vegetation off the fence line goes a long way.
Permit requirements vary by city, HOA and project scope. We can share what we typically see — but final requirements depend on your municipality and property.

HOA rules vary. We recommend checking with your HOA on style, color and height before finalizing materials.
